Perfect Nations™ · Letters to the NationsNigeria

# Dear Nigeria,

Green, white and green: the green for your land and the white for peace, under a
motto that asks for Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress. You are the most populous
nation in Africa, and the world already competes to lend to you.

Think of what you have already built. In November 2025 investors placed more than
$13 billion of orders for $2.35 billion of your ten- and twenty-year Eurobonds.
In 2026 the World Bank approved $1.25 billion for reforms that deepen your capital
markets and speed electrification, and $500 million to reach up to one million farmers.

At home the work has begun. Your musicians, film-makers and founders are known on
every continent, and your fintechs already serve millions of people whom no bank
had served before.

The work ahead is plain, and it is worth saying plainly. Seventy-six in every hundred
of you cannot always count on enough good food. Only twenty-eight in every hundred
of you cook with clean fuel. Only thirty in every hundred of you drink safely managed
water at home. Food sets your Coverage today, at 23.5 out of 100, with clean energy
and water close behind. Each of them is within your reach.

Now imagine that same resolve turned toward every home in the country. Picture Perfect
Nigeria: a morning when every family cooks with clean fuel and sits down to a full
table; when every tap runs clean and every home has a safe toilet; when every child
walks to a school where a teacher is waiting, and reads with ease by the age of
ten; when every mother lives within reach of a clinic with the lights on, and every
young person finds work that pays. And no Nigerian falls below a decent life, because
the nation has decided that none will.

None of this needs a miracle. It needs what you already own: your land, your rivers,
your markets, the trust of global investors and the energy of one of the youngest
populations on earth. They are assets no balance sheet counts, and together they
can carry every Nigerian to food, water, shelter, energy, education, health and
a livelihood.

> “The world lent you $2.35 billion in a single week. Now let a full table in every
> home be the return.”

So this is an invitation. Bring your vision, your story and your solutions to the
Perfect Nigeria Design Studio, and join the Co-designers who are already imagining
what comes next. Perfect Nigeria will not be designed for you. It will be designed
by you.

Yours in design,
